• Refund policy — No refunds will be given on gift card purchases. The $5 online booking fee for igloos will not be refunded in cases of cancellation.

• Delivery policy — Gift cards will be mailed via USPS within 72 hours of purchase.

• Return policy – No returns will be accepted.

• Cancellation policy — Igloo cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance or a cancellation fee of $200 will apply.
